Career Tracks
We offer two pathways to join Meridian’s legal team, depending on what fits your life and goals:
Full-Time
40 hours/week
Flexible/On-Call
Project-Based
If you need maximum flexibility or prefer variety, our on-call project track might be for you. As a flexible track paralegal or lawyer, you can take on assignments on an as-needed basis. When a new case or project arises, we reach out to see if you’re available - you can accept projects that fit your schedule. This could mean working 10 hours one week and 30 the next, depending on your availability and interest. It’s a great way to build experience across different cases and maintain work-life balance. (And if you later decide you want to move into a full-time role, we’ll be happy to discuss that transition with you!)
